Lisa Capote is the founding attorney of L. Capote, P.A. She has experience working with various federal agencies including Consumer Product Safety Commission, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Her regulatory compliance clients include manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements, foods, medical devices, cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs, animal feeds, as well as importers and distributors of agricultural products, consumer products, and EPA regulated products including pesticides and household cleaners.  She assists her corporate clients with non-disclosure agreements, incorporation of new businesses, filing all necessary IRS documentation, review purchase and sale agreement and much more.

Mrs. Capote held internships with Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, a regulatory compliance law firm and the largest minority owned law firm in the U.S.
